SUPERCHARGING YOUR DNA WITH RED LIGHT THERAPY WITH SARAH TURNER

On this week’s episode of the Genetic Genius Podcast, brilliant brain biohacker Sarah Turner discusses the use of Red Light Therapy for non-invasive and non-toxic cellular wellbeing.

Here are some of the fascinating subjects we discussed on the show:
1. What is red light therapy?
2. What different forms does red light therapy come in for healing the cells?
3. How does the vibration of red light therapy affect the cells from the physical perspective, specifically detoxification?
4. How does red light therapy therapy affect the DNA and mitochondria of the cell?
5. How can red light therapy improve neurological function and cognition?
6. How can using red light therapy shift the body’s circadian rhythm imbalance?
7. Many vitamin deficiencies have been showing up especially vitamin D – can using red light therapy shift the way our bodies absorb nutrients.
8. Let’s talk about your CERA Red light system which targets the gut. What is this system and how does it work on balancing the gut brain connection?
9. How often should a listener use red light therapy and do you need to work up to a specific therapeutic dosage?

  1. The analogy of a bath with a hole, and a running tap, helps to understand the meaning of my question.
There are two ways of increasing the level of the water in the bath.
1; increase the flow from the tap.
2: reduce the size of the hole.
If red-light therapy is reducing the size of the hole, as opposed to increasing the flow from the tap, the increases in energy would also be observed. If we don't fully understand the mechanism, by which the therapy, increases the flow from the tap, would it not be a good idea to look at the mechanisms by which it could reduce the size of the hole?
