Mitochondrial Health

NSAIDs give you WRINKLES? Mitochondrial damage from NSAIDs leads to aging, especially in the skin.

*correction: Tylenol is not an NSAID so this effect only applies to Advil and Motrin (ibuprofen), Aleve (naproxen), and Aspirin.

NSAIDs damage your mitochondria, which accelerates the aging process and leads to premature wrinkles and deepening of fine lines.
