  1. You are talking about science, but then talking about evolution like that is science. Evolution is a hypothesis, but there is no scientific observation or proof. As a critical thinker, you are making some fantastical assumptions. Let's stick with the real science that can be observed and proven.

  2. Regarding the sugar part, where is the reason that I need to spike my blood sugar and isn't meat sufficient? It just seems that he has yet to actually show that sugar in sodas is different from sugar in honey. Yes, honey perhaps have some positive effect on bacteria or whatever, but how is glucose and fructose different from glucose and fructose? Where is the actual proof of long-term keto being bad? And don't carnivores actually go in and out of ketosis?

    To me it seems it started with Paul showing issues with "the data" and now he basically just claims "the data" shows that sugar is good because "long-term keto bad mmkay".

    I agree that if you are healthy and active occasional (even large amounts of) sugar is not an issue. Neither is a cigarette once a year. The argument seems naive and useless.
