  1. GMO Produce grown indoors with artificial lighting with roots floating in chemical fertilizer baths rather than natural soil. The growing process takes a 1/3 of the time as apossed to its natural environment and is not reliant on seasonality. Is this healthy?

  2. are there any books you would recommend someone to read in order to get a broader knowledge considering this? I have the book called Nutrition and physical degeneration by weston price that you recommended.

  3. For one there's no way a change in the diet can make that big of diff in such a short time. What eating the veggies can do though is increase their water intake which would make them have thinner blood as well as have to urinate more. Which I would say if there was any difference at all that would be the reason. 303% was just an outright lie though imo.

  5. My earlier comment has gone? What happened?
    I was now about to say I've been using grass fed beef tallow for over 2 years and I also have some gunk around the kitchen. So I think they all give off some gunk, but I think seed oils are toxic so avoid them at all costs. Am I banned or something though? What's happened?
