  1. This was really interesting discussion. Thank you. Window open here in England, definitely feel better when its open, the air feels better and I feel better as a result.

  2. This is where I'm at. I've been seeing the kind of doctor he's talking about for the last 4 years. While some of the stuff helped in areas, others gave me more and worse symptoms. All the new stuff I have going on, through my googling, I've been slowly been able to start getting better. The stuff I've found has been through energy therapies. I'm on my way so far. I have another appointment coming up with my other doctor and have been scared to cancel it, but really, she's just been throwing suppliments at me and throwing her hands up for the last 3 years. I kinda want to go to it and tell her what is helping. It's been red light theropy, oxygen theropy, PEMF theropy, and cryotheropy. These things have helped tremendously. I do want to try the ice baths as soon as I have the guts to. Lol. Also eating a meat heavy anti inflamitory diet.

  3. He mentioned doing cold plunges while healing. I have always read that you shouldnโ€™t do it while in a healing phase since itโ€™s a stress on the body. Could you speak to that?

  4. My husband healed himself of lyme with a holistic neurologist that had all his amalgam fillings removed, detoxed heavy metals, and strategically used Byron White formulas. He is so much better now!
