  1. I was diagnosed this past August with RRMS. You and Dr. Terry have helped me so much. Even when I didn’t know what I had, your stretching and strengthening exercise brought me relief from a 7 months relapse. All the love to you both!

  2. Thank you for this very good video and especially for labeling the time stamp, so we can locate specific topics. Brilliant!
Unfortunately, I still don't really understand mitrochondria. Is it in every human cell, or just certain body parts?

  3. I am very interested in understanding Dr Wahl's protocol. I have Fibromyalgia, Lupus, IBS, Ulcerative Colitis, severe asthma, heart disease, high BP, chronic fatigue, and I am losing the ability to walk. I desperately want to walk better and continue to walk. I am in constant pain, but take no pain medication. Hearing her lecture gives me hope!

  4. Kudos and thanks for bookmarking the chapters. It took the research to validate: What goes in to our bodies has a profound effect on health outcomes! Thanks for highlighting options the patient can have more control over rather than the more common injections and pills and procedures "BigPharma" and the "proprietary businesses" found within our healthcare systems.

  5. I am an RN and finally heard a physician say they were not treating disease but creating health!!!! I have lupus and many other conditions- kept working for 30+ years in clinical care. We are in the business of putting bandaids on problems and being too late in some cases to save health! We wait for severity to develop instead of helping work on health in an actionable way early on! I am so glad I found this Physician and want to Thank You so much!! Plus I am so in favor of this direction of healthcare- instead of disease care ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  6. Thanks to Bob, the host with the most 🙂 for asking great questions. Many years ago, I stumbled onto the YouTube video of Dr. Wahls and it was so packed with information, especially diet, that I bookmarked it, watched several times, and referred to many friends and family. My local library has her books, including the cookbook. We are lucky to have her experience, research, passion, and willingness to share information for the benefit of all. Thanks Dr. Wahls and Bob.

  7. My son had a 25 year battle with MS. They treated him with Chemo and all that did was to kill his organs. Never went into remission. Finally died in 2019…thankfully he is no longer suffering.

  8. This discovery is wonderful. But will it apply to demyelineating diseases such as ALS and SMA, where a young athletic person's muscles can deteriorate to the point that they are dead within a few years?
