  2. Hi Danny, please, what I should do, when after I eat more than 10g + of white sugar (for example coffe with tea spoon of sugar), Vitargo or Glukopur, I want sleep, headache and nothing want to do.
This state I have for 5 days after eat it- 5-10 minutes.
Is this insulin resistance or what?
    Thank you for answer

  3. Hey Mr. Roddy, I just wanted to thank you (and all the other researchers- such as Georgi) for your admirable work. Honestly, all the research stuff isn’t my cup of OJ (❤️ OJ), but it’s because of you guys that this information is becoming more accessible. What I personally admire most about you is that you are living your life on your own terms- you are more aware of your ability to make your own choices, your free will, and you take risks. You’re really living. You’re not simply arriving “safely” at death’s door. And you’re helping to change the world for the better.

I used to not understand how someone could achieve so much, but after watching Teal Swan’s videos I am more aware. If ur still reading this, thanks, and I recommend songs by NF <; You may be too busy creating your own stuff though ☺️

  4. I'm not anti vitamin D3 supplementation but it does burn through magnesium. If I take d3 without taking magnesium my calves feel tight and staged for muscle lock up

  5. Cyber polygon was recently removed from world economic forum website. Expect a financial attack soon from Russia. Putin was removed from WEF website also

  6. Any thoughts on yogurt, especially with regards to the lactic acid? Is fermentation good, bad, or neutral to the value of milk in the diet? How about when it comes to cheese, just cheap regular cheese, not premium hard parmesan that has other benefits.
