  2. First I stopped using seed oils and cut way down on carbs. Then a year later, I had weight loss surgery. Now I am slowly dropping weight (after an initial quick loss of 70 to 80 lbs since surgery in July — total lost from high weight point – 130 lbs) as my body slowly works through the toxins that have been stored in my fat, which will take a while. I had the surgery due to knee issues. Exercise will occur when the deep snow and ice melt away so I can walk and ride a trike. Slowly clearing house, it will take a while, cannot stand for long as yet. Then I will finally reset up exercise equipment again… was put away when a friend's family moved my vacant house (at my suggestion) in 15 years ago when I was out on the road.

  3. How do you fatten up a cow? You feed it grain without the straw. How do you fatten up a human you feed them Sugar made from processed grain mostly. Bottom line is it is sugar in its various forms. Granted there are other things that may play a role like glyphosate but it us primarily over consumption of sugar not only does it make you fat it makes you diseased. Almost every disease we are faced with has a link to sugar. Look up the word Glycocalyx, a new word to me recently and that word explains why sugar leads to heart attack, stroke and probably a myriad of other issues.

  4. Working out for me is something I do when I feel like it. But it’s really about feeling good and taking care of my body rather than having to fit into any sort of model or anything like that. I try to eat well, and everything I do is really just to make me feel my best.
