  1. Fantastic video!!! Finally I understand why I am super sensitive to sugar yet I can eat fruit with no issues….because of the naturally occurring fibre in them

  2. Yes, I couldn't agree more!! I was diagnosed with anxiety, depression and even PTSD and was never asked about nutrition or anything else! My life totally changed when I started healing holistically & through faith. I have been off medications for over 8 years and am THRIVING! <3 there is SO much hope for those that feel stuck.   3. To begin with "YOU HAVE NO WILL POWER" in the punishing, judging voice of the ALL KNOWING parent is a HUGE disservice to those who are truly seeking WISE COMPASIONET GUIDENCE.

  4. I agree 100% with Dr. Jamnadas. Since I have cut processed foods out of my life (about 1 month ago I reduced carbs radically, no sugars, no grains, no rice, no pasta) things are changing. Before I cut sugars for one year, which was good but it had not the great effect I was looking for, as refined starches are making the similar problem as sugars. Now I eat with joy again, I respect food again, I fell like a hunter when I´m going out to find proper food at farmer markets or good sorted supermarkets and I love cooking this goodies to a well tasting meal. I can stay longer periods without food, I only eat 2 times a day, my brain is clearer already, I stopped watching TV – this just happend unconsciously, but I am also less tolerant to things in my life which are not good for me and feel a stronger wish to change them. One more important thing is, that chronical stress is the second big factor, besides the wrong food, that is destroying our health and our natural ability to heal ourselves. I was on a good way, but then stress became to intense from work and I could watch myself loosing all gained wellness within a short period. So finding a way to relax every day will be my next challenge. The more people are awaking, the easier we will be able to rise up to a new horizon of humanity, where we respect nature, earth, the universe and ourselves again!
