  1. Thank you . I had my one year anniversary starting keto yesterday . Went from a tight 14 petite to a 6 petite . Today I began a carnivore plan . I had not lost weight in a while and have loose skin issues now . I fast 15 hours a day . I did start making keto desserts and making almond flour breads and such about 5 months back . I am thinking by making these desserts etc I stalled . So today I go full carnivore for as long as I can I have no gal bladder so have been taking oxbil. Thank you again for all the support

  2. How would it even be hard to eat 120 grams of protein in 1 meal??? Any standard restaurant that offers a salmon dish, or rib eye, or whatever protein it's always more than 100 grams, mostly 200. I've even eaten 500g of barbacoa in a single meal (head cooked underground inside maguey leaves for longer than 21 hours). I do Omad as a standard habit because eating twice per day feels weird for me. And I can easily exceed twice the protein I'd need with that daily recommendation.
