  1. Guy talks too much that is not important … trying to find out what the foods are and unable to do so … Don't need his lecture … need to know the food and then nutrition behind it ..

  2. Amazing !!! So hopeful to see the smart doctors changing their minds based in science πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ήβœ¨

  3. Great interview. I tried keto twice & it worked (in that I felt better) until it stopped working. 6 weeks tops. 1st 3 weeks were great but the final 3 weeks saw me constipated, bloated, ragged, lethargic & miserable. I had 2-3 poops in 3 weeks. I did the veggies. I broke my fast with ACV, bone broth & followed with a light meal before a bigger one. Ate clean keto & did the salt water. Took D3, K2, magnesium & an organ meat supplement, along with collagen peptides. The only good thing was that it got me back into the kitchen & cooking again. It got me motivated to eat clean & it gave me focus & energy in the mornings. Now doing 3 low carb days & 3 low fat/high carb days with a one meal treat on Sundays. Low carb days coincide with rest days & the 3 high carb days on my training days. Feeling much better. Note: Eating healthy carbs – sweet potato, fruit, starchy veg, yogurt, oats, lentils, buckwheat, nuts & seeds – all grains, oats, nuts/seeds soaked. A yogurt with a banana & a teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon & a few raisins never tasted so good! A chicken, red lentil & sweet potato stew cooked in the slow cooker & spiced with nutmeg, coriander, garam masala also never tasted so good! Keto is definitely not sustainable for me…

  6. Please can anyone explain How coffee still have anything good in it after going all that burning πŸ₯΅ b πŸ”₯ many thanks

  7. He killed ketones without explaining anything. He used one quote from some stupid book saying that the liver prefers keyones. That was one fool’s opinion. Why are they bad fuel?

  8. Adapting and allowing our body to adjust to ketones require patience and consistence . We need to have uninterrupted low level of insulin levels to trigger the usage of ketones but once it get activated we are good to go.

  9. Keto people can't lose weight. Vegans can't lose weight. So what the hell are they supposed to eat. Omg i hear another scam coming from this guy.

  10. Based on science today, I have to be a bit cynical. Who is funding these studies? If it’s bread and sugar companies, I’ll pass. Who knows, it could be legit but I won’t believe yet.
