  1. Ya, and Gundry also says we shouldn't eat vegetables. I don't believe a lot of what he says. Gundry swings back and forth wherever he thinks he can sell books. Are you keto or not? Do not call them "Keto myths," because keto is working for thousands, probably millions of people. I'm doing keto and have never experienced any "flu." I find it very easy to follow and the satiety I get allows me to easily keep my eating to within four to six hours a day. When I was vegan, I basically felt hungry every few hours after eating. Gundry can find anti-keto papers, he could find pro-keto papers if he wanted to cite them. Keto has been a sustainable diet for many people for many years. People have lost tons of weight and cured metabolic syndrome through keto. So stop the lies to support an agenda that isn't nutrition. Just this week, the American Heart Association has come out and stated that a low-carb diet is helpful for heart health. If you don't believe me, look at videos from Hyman, Permutter, Ekberg, Berry, Amen, Binkman, Diet Doctor, etc.
