People have always said , “ it’s so interesting that you are overweight and all you seem to eat is salad stuff.” Experienced gas and constipation my entire life. I am not diabetic. Blood sugar and fasting insulin are low normal. I have low Vit A , low iron. Started Carnivore 6 wks ago . Feel amazing, have finally been losing weight. Thank you for the idea of being a seasonal carnivore. Sounds like the perfect plan to add some fruits and vegetables during the growing season. Makes total sense that this is what our ancestors probably did. Carnivore can be a little limited , so Variety is the key. Thank you for supplement suggestions. Have a blessed day 😊
