You’ve all heard about INFLAMMATION. What’s the big deal?
🔥INFLAMMATION 🔥 is the bane of our existence as it relates to the aging process.
Indeed, the 4 major major causes of death and disability in the Western world have INFLAMMATION at its core:
⏺Heart disease
⏺Cancer
⏺Autoimmune disorders
⏺Alzehimer’s disease

Lifespan in this country is going down, yet we spend more on healthcare than any other country.
We will never get a handle on lifespan, not to mention healthspan until we can curb INFLAMMATION.

When is INFLAMMATION beneficial? What causes it? When should we worry about it?
How do we detect it? Most importantly, how do we treat it?

Please join me this Thursday March 10th on YouTube Life at 7:00 pm PST as we discuss the answers to these vital questions. I try to do this discussions every 2 weeks.

  1. Hey Dr., just saw you with big Mike checking out his heart. I have a question that you might have some insight on. I was born with a bicuspid aortic valve, I'm 53 now, its moved to moderate/severe, no symptoms yet and I am getting echo's every 6 months. I'm already taking supplements, staying thin, exercising, and eating higher good fat, lower carb (not low carb, but low by American diet standards), and protein not quite a gram per pound. I do lite weights for now.

You have any suggestions that might slow down the progression of calcium or since its a birth defect, nothing I can do. Thanks
