    I just wanna say that this is very useful video and I’m sure that will help a lot of people, including me to find their path. You have a real willingness and passion to share your knowledge and a very good energy. Also I really like that you focused on many aspects and not just on one angle of depression.
    In my case feeling my real feelings was my key to recovery as I had been repressing them since I was child due to my dysfunctional parents.
