Modern diets consist of a lot of muscle meat which is high in methionine. Research suggests that eating that kind of meat is toxic because a surplus of the amino acid methionine causes cell damage in rat studies.
While this is true, there is a second amino acid, GLYCINE, which may be able to clear the body of excess methionine and in doing so rebalance the amino acid content in our body. But that is not all; Glycine has been shown to exhibit other potent health benefits which I talk about in todays video!
