  1. I haven't watched the vid as yet, but my simple and urgent answer would be NO! : ))

    For the last 30 days I ate around 1 kg of peanuts a day besides the normal meal I have.
    I started to run out of breath due to the saturated fat and carb loading. I am off of it for the past 3 days and all is back to normal.

    ….and no I did no grow a long trunk/nose and big ears…..not yet. 😉
