  3. How come the cereals high in glycemic index were consumed by our ancestors but they were never overweight? The cereals we eat are Genetically modified. Fat does not increases weight, especially in women. Ketones are excreted from body. Brown fat converts ketones into heat.

  4. I figured this out about 10 years ago. I saw Dr Johnson on the Dr. Mercola podcast where he talked about how animals use fructose to gain weight to help with survival in nature. As far as I know, I am the only person who has been trying to get the word out when it comes to fructose by mentioning his work on youtube, for such a long period of time, but most people just ignore everything I have been saying about Dr Johnson's work all these years. It looks like the word is finally getting out.

  5. I really wanted to understand this Dr. but I didn’t understand him at all. When some people say "eat healthy and eat organic” and I’m like I wanna eat healthy and organic and some people too, but it is extremely expensive. Just saying

  6. Cut out all sugars and carbs, which ultimately turn into sugar, and eat the smallest amount of animal fats, but increase eating fatty fish. Practice intermittent fasting as well as keeping hydrated. Eat fruits with high fiber content and lots of vegetables. Am I missing anything?
