  1. Great info, I love IF, I’m fitter and healthier at 48yo than I have been ever in my life. I listen to my body and mix up OMAD & IF, v important to know your cycle and fast/eat accordingly. For hormone/thyroid try adding in grass fed animal organs, seaweed and cutting out hormone disrupters – household cleaning products, perfumes, cosmetics, plastics, hair dyes etc. Unfortunately women are bombarded with stuff that screws our hormones on a daily basis. I’ve learnt to be more comfortable in ,my natural skin and stopped wearing cosmetics etc (apart from special occasions), stopped Botox and use only organic natural products on my skin. My hormones are way more balanced and I have regular periods although I’m well and truly in peri menopause.

  2. Let food be thy medicine and medicine be that food. So much of what I teach my client is about this very thing, and yet the mindset to switch away from what they have been told is monumental. One person at a time, it will get better!

  3. Thank you for clarifying the clean vs dirty fasting. I cant tell you how many people I know claim to be fasting but are drinking coffee with nut milks, bone broth etc during their fasting window.
