  1. This was a great video. I have recently discovered how quickly I could lower my blood glucose by exercise, and for the most part, this has been very helpful, but yesterday I was very frustrated. My blood sugar was over 300…the walking helped a bit, but after 4.70 miles, my blood sugar only decreased by 68. The only thing I could attribute to not going down as quickly as usual was having a high-fat dressing with myy raw veggies earlier in the day. Can insulin resistance vary day-by-day based on the amount of dietary fat, or does it take longer? I'm thinking it may vary from day to day.

I have also noticed how a good sleep (in my bed and not just on the couch) really helps to reset my body and get my fasting blood glucose into a more normal range.

  2. I work out in a fasted state first thing in the morning and my blood sugar spikes after work out for some reason into the 200s. Would love some feedback regarding this

  3. speakers make a big deal of decision trees in the video …
oh, hey, that sounds interesting …
look in the description for information,

  4. Thank you!! I love all of your videos, but this one the most. I tend to be an all or nothing kind of gal. When I trip up I give up…. And then try to climb back on that wagon. I love the emphasis on taking it slow. Thank you guys for all you do!!?

  5. My problem is; is that I am an emotional eater and it just messes up my diet. I don’t know how to control my eating at times and it raises my Bloodsugar when I binge eat and I need help. I believe binge eating is what caused my type 2 diabetes and I just need help… -Stephanie

  6. I just want to say that, my diabetes doctor recently said, that I should have the amount of my insulin to match each other, of taking, 10 in the morning, 6 in the afternoon and 3 at night. But, I'm mainly saying that, taking 6 units of insulin, that my blood sugar is going high after lunch, and we then have to take 2 units more of insulin, in order to lower it. How can we keep it good ,throughout the afternoon?
