As of now no more insulin and I’m taking 500mg + 500mg metformin, now my A1C is 7.2 πŸ‘ and also BP went down to 116/69 without meds. Praise the LordπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

  2. If we can’t eat most carbs and not much protein, how are we supposed to keep weight on to stay alive? I stay on a lectin free diet and struggle to keep myself at my healthy weight of 125.

  3. Dr Gundry, why don't you share your finding with health insurance companies. Your findings will make people healthier hence less claims for them. They may fund further research in this field and will promote a pro biotic lectin free diet to their customers.

  4. Is organic wholewheat good for you – especially from Europe where roundup isn’t used on organic food? Does the nutritious fibre in wholewheat outweigh those who are maybe lectin intolerant? Fibre vs. lectin … who wins?

  5. Again a other great video, TY Dr. Gundry, I have a question about millet. Millet is indeed very healthy, unfortunately there are many carbs in millet. That is mine biggest concern. Dp you have any comments or a opinion on that. I asume, many people who are on a low carb diet or keto will avoid millet or other very healthy foods with a high carb content.
