  1. I agree with all of these but emphasise b vitamins, NAC, L carnitine, coq10, matcha or coffee with L theanine, vitamin C, magnesium, MCT's, gut support ( probiotic, fiber, enzymes ) and a greens powder, my go to is spirulina. I will look into ACV and thanks for the video.
