could you explain my issue maybe?
so on trt for 5 years now. first 2.5 years no issue. after that, horrible cognitive decline, starting to slurr words, verbal fluency down the drain, cant remember stuff at work, cant remember easy words or celebreties etc, also horrible social anxiety because my brain doesnt work..
do you think this is TRT induced or something else? ive looking to alot of stuff but i cant seem to figure it out.
i am currently experimenting with improving the gut microbiome and seeing if that might fix my brain but its a long process to restore proper gut flora.

Do you know why "vigurous steve" claims its "mandatory" to use DHEA and pregnenolone whilst on exogenous testosterone? he seems like a trustworthy source
So any theories on loss of libido while on bioidentical T monotherapy? Anecdotally, I suspect it was better while I was supplementing pregnenolone.
