The Menopause & Running Performance – Don't Let It Hold YOU Back

Right, what I am about to lay down is by no means a comprehensive guide, more of a TL;DR. I can’t urge you enough read ‘Next Level’ by Dr. Stacy Sims. There’s so much fantastic information in it and doing your own research is the best way to learn. There’s lots of advice for peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. The caveat is that you have a 24-year-old male writing this too, I’m doing my best, and if I’ve worded something badly let me please apologise in advance 🙂
