Very nice hearing a couple of family docs talking shop! And helpful hearing Dr. Cucuzzella comparing fat burning to the electric battery in a Prius, helps me understand things when my eyes start to glaze over (big syllable words bad). Also I like you saying longevity is an endurance sport!
I'm going to have to get through the other videos before the low carb conference! My wife and I are signed up for the Meet&Greet. Lately I've been trying to get through a lot of Dr. Richard K. Bernstein's videos on his YouTube channel. He is an endocrinologist, type 1 diabetic – and one of the last of his generation! He is fond of saying if you are dealing with diabetes and you feel you are also dealing with a ADA brainwashed endo, to find a friendly family physician who will listen! You two look like you could be that kind of doctor.
Very informative talk…. thank you for hosting the speakers of the conference… I try to listen to every one.
My daughter and I will be attending this Conference (we both want to run a 1/2 marathon in Fall 2023)…
We are both keto adapted/fat adapted for past 18 to 24 months, so hoping to learn a lot from doctor Dr. Mark Cucuzella .
Great! He must be doing a lot of good there in WV where it is needed.
