As a 47 yo woman keto/carnivore & IF helped me lose 26 lbs. Maintained that with 1-2 days a week SAD diet eating for 10 months. I stopped tracking and gained 6 lbs back. Now I’m paying attention again and changing up my fasting routine. Haven’t gained anymore but struggling to lose. Thanks for all the info. With more info I’ll find what will work for me again.
The only reason I eat kale is the package comes with that awesome tasting salad dressing that’s filled with horrible seed oil.
