I have watched your videos on head inflammation and took the supplements you suggested which helped a little but it turns out I have occipital neuralgia as diagnosed by my neurologist but I was not given much treatment hope other than PT or nerve blockers. Is there anything you could suggest supplement or medication wise that can help occipital neuralgia?

    My daughter has myasthenia gravis shoul she be doing fasting?
    And what should she eat after and before fasting? As I watch a lot of videos talking about fasting but till now I haven't watched a video talking about what should eat before and after fasting.
    Could you please do a video? Thank you so much ?

  4. As a middle distance runner, I support the message in this video. I encourage everyone to exercise at the end of the fasting period and before taking any water/fluids or food. If I run 12-15k at the end of a 12 hour fasting period, I will improve the influence on my body significantly. I also extend my fasting period by a couple of hours.
