Hello Dr. Jin. I have watched your videos on head inflammation and took the supplements you suggested which helped a little but it turns out I have occipital neuralgia as diagnosed by my neurologist but I was not given much treatment hope other than PT or nerve blockers. Is there anything you could suggest supplement or medication wise that can help occipital neuralgia?

As a middle distance runner, I support the message in this video. I encourage everyone to exercise at the end of the fasting period and before taking any water/fluids or food. If I run 12-15k at the end of a 12 hour fasting period, I will improve the influence on my body significantly. I also extend my fasting period by a couple of hours.
