  1. I do not believe a small amount of fresh squeezed orange juice is bad for ypu especially if you add some chia to slow the hit of insulin from fruit sugar.I also believe in epie genetics so under the right healthily conditions we can trun the so called ghost gene back on.

  2. Sooooo….he forgot about vitamin D I guess. Deficiency of vit. D will more likely give you a serious covid infection scenario.

  3. I don't quite follow… we evolved not producing Vit C because it was plentifully available,especially in fruit… now you nope, the fruit supresses the imune system through sugar… if that is true, how did we evolve using fruit?

  4. These claims about vitamin C are ridiculous on their face. Many people take large amounts of vitamin C daily, and they live no longer than anyone else. Not saying that vitamin C is bad, but exaggerated claims like this are deceptive and unhelpful.
