#008 From Skeptics to CARNIVORES. A Nose-to-Tail NUTRITION Journey

Join us in this podcast episode as we explore the controversial carnivore diet and its impact on our lives, including our initial skepticism and the decision to approach this topic with an open mind.

We emphasize that the carnivore diet is not a one-size-fits-all solution and encourage you to experiment and find what works best for you. We highlight its potential as an elimination approach for identifying inflammation or autoimmune triggers, along with its potential to enhance cognitive performance.

We underline the ever-evolving nature of nutritional science and the importance of staying informed about the latest research while extending an invitation to join us for a month of carnivore starting on June 12th, 2023.

  1. I have been Carnivore since Aug. 5th ‘22.
I eat beef , bacon, salmon, eggs, sardines, butter, ghee, heavy cream, some chicken and pork steak.
August I was 227pounds . Needing to purchase 36in jeans.
    Today June 6th 2023 I weigh 165 pounds and wearing 31in jeans.
    Triglycerides 268 are now 67.
HDL has never been above 30. Now HDL is 68. LDL is up, but I expected that.
But all my metabolic numbers are really good. Not my words. My cardiologist said so.
I will not go back to the crap diet that the American diet is.

So my advice is, EAT A RIBEYE. And then another. And feel better.
