  1. Oh I wish she would have expanded on what is the correct estrogen level – mine was 557. Only took HRT (1.25 estrogen so not even a large dose) for bones, no symptoms of menopause or estrogen dominance. PCP said it’s high but ok because I’m supplementing but NP hormone specialist said to get off wants it 60. I did go off but being almost 70 with osteoporosis and having broken femur 3 years ago am tempted to go back on. Can’t find any info re estrogen levels and a lot of practitioners never check them – this nonchalance makes me think it’s not important.
