  1. I've been using (heavily diluted) acv for years due to reflux issues. ACV does not replace or make up for a bad diet full of rubbish carbs and take aways. Diet / lifestyle change has to come first. Treat acv merely as a supplement. I only started to see noticeable and necessary fat / weight loss via pretty (not hyper) strict keto / healthy food intake. Previously to this I was putting on bad weight while on acv.

  2. Thomas, I've been doing a 16/8 fast. First thing in the morning while fasting, i drink a cocktail of 1 tablespoon ACV, 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 6 ounces of water. Does the lemon juice screw up the affects of the ACV? Is this cocktail breaking my fast? Thank you for your advice.

  3. Great Video…..what is the best way to take apple cider vinegar?? Should I just poor it straight in a shot glass ?? Doesn't it rot your teeth ?? And how much should I be taking ??

  4. I first started ACV to stop my heartburn, due to medication I was taking for many years. ACV helped heal that. I have been taking it for a couple years now, funny enough in the same way as you have suggested here. It does help. I'm glad you made this video for others to see and hopefully help them too. I do drink it with water and use a straw though so I don't damage my teeth.

  5. Something I've always wondered is why specifically apple cider vinegar? There are many other vinegars such as red and white wine, malt, balsamic, etc. What does acv have that other vinegars do not?
