Veganism, find a cure!
There are hundreds of millions of vegetarians living around the world for thousands of years, and they are not collapsing due to lack of Vitamin B12 or Algea, and Fish, on the contrary, they are thriving on the bases of Ayurveda science ( for example ) which goes back thousands of years.
But our predominantly white Western scientists know better……of course.
Hence, essential fatty acids are nonsense.
The body adjusts and science keeps on guessing, wondering, but pretends they "know it" until some other scientist proves it is nonsense. ( research they call that )
The Planet has been driven by science and the Human intellect, looking at the condition of mother earth I developed a natural instinct of skepticism with regard to people who claim to know it all.
Funny, Im literally looking at a vegan omega-3 supplement with DHA and EPA, all from algae oil. Complete opposite to what he said.
WARNING: WHY THIS VIDEO IS WRONG & DANGEROUS:
If you do a simple Google search, you'll find numerous vegan omega 3 supplements that contain both DHA and EPA, made from algal oil. It's bizarre that Lustig, and this YouTube channel, keep claiming the opposite, just to create sensational headlines for YouTube clicks, despite it being completely false information.
I'm looking at Nordic Naturals and two other brands right now, of algae omega 3 on I herb so they state clearly it only contains only DHA with sunflower oil. and there's another that has both (with sunflower oil) but its not available now, but soon. I think perhaps they have just recently found a way to get the EPA in them? Its an emerging industry. And these brands all buy from bulk suppliers, like all supplements, they put their own labels on, its not like they go harvest the stuff themselves and put it through a juicer…. Anyhow the omega three in one tablet is so low, almost one eighth the content of one can of sardines. I'll stick to the sardines, as it comes with protein. But I do think perhaps he is right, and the commenter below is right, its just a new emerging technology to get the EPA in without it stinking.
Plenty of algae oil supplements have EPA. And any protein rich plant food has a good amount of tryptophan. I don't even mean to argue for veganism, but his statements are incorrect.
Salmon livers? I thought u got both from salmon fillet
Vegan diets are unnatural. We can't get all nutrients we need from just plants.
