She is muddying the waters of dietary definitions. Sounds like sheβs promoting a high protein high fat diet, and you canβt reinvent the definition of ketogenic diet. That diet is one that creates a state of ketosis and requires extremely low carb intake, less than 20g.
Ketosis is not a state of metabolism that people should be in for long periods of time. This caused serious issues to my own health, and as you said, metabolic stress has its healthy limits.
