Mindfulness meditation has been a huge help for me. It wasn't easy to practice at first but I stuck with it. Followed a book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels and that kept me on track. I recommend mindfulness meditation, only because that's what's worked for me and I was trying different things.
