  1. If you have the time and inclination, you can workout what you need to eat to sustain a 23 hour fast.

    Even doing 2MAD leaving at least a total open window of eating within 6 or 8 hours is preferable than the conveyor belt approach taken by some.

    Though probably not applicable to those that are exercising a lot or are trying to resemble an upside down triangle.
