  1. Question for you because I’ve struggled finding anything online and I’d imagine someone in this space could help. I’m 15 and my girlfriend is asking me if she should start taking the pill so things are easier in our relationship. She thinks because it’s so normalised that it’s completely okay and fine. But I distinctly remember reading that the pill is dangerous hormonaly and should not be encouraged- in a space like this. Does anybody have any actual facts about the pill’s safety for young women and if they should take it? Thanks

  2. Wow… at 25:56, If that's the case then that's really mind-blowing.
It can go very deep in every possible way.
From where we come and exist.
And our interests and changes in emotions, and everything else that keeps evaluating and changing by all the factors that can and are influencing testosterone.

All in life energy starting-point and existence/maintenance-motor maybe ? 😝

  3. Dr. Berg, I’m sorry that I missed this but I have a very important question should I do a total detox cleanse before I take probiotics and what is the difference between the two? Thank you for all that you do for us!!

  4. Dr. Berg could you please make a video about someone carrying an Ileostomy. how they should feed themselves, what nutritions and vitamins to take. How they should take care of themselves. Thank you in advance 🙏🏻

  5. What is it? It's not like it used to be. On tuesday, I've seen this video on live subject, but why now move to video with a different background. Ooohhh please, upload live as usual. I prefer something systematic. That makes easier to find your video Doc 🙏

  6. I have questions. 1- Does drinking a bottle of water with a little apple cider vinegar after breakfast in the morning help reduce antibodies in the body?
And 2-drink a tube of vitamin b1, b2, b3, b6, b12, all in a tube and one tablet per day. I take it after breakfast from Moxy, a whole food b-complex, and3- a tube of vitamineD3 at night as well. Does it reduce the number of antibodies in the body?

    THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES 398 H
    And

    TSH 4.68 H

I witnessed the use of vitamin D3, a bottle of water with apple cider vinegar, and a combination of all vitamin B. No headache or dizziness, relaxation, and a good psychological condition

The person must be aware of what the doctors say not to use any medicine 10 or 7 days before the appointment, and the appointment should be early in the morning, so that the result is correct..

  7. .. what are your thoughts on taking freeze-dried Beef Liver and or Beef Organ Meats (freeze-dried) supplement for B-Vitamins instead of Nutritional Yeast while prolong fasting.. your Nutritional Yeast unfortunately doesnt include B12 i think and it was quite difficult removing it from the crevices around my teeth.. unless swallowing whole is possible..

  8. Hi Dr. Berg. These days I used to have fever esp early morning when I wake up n it goes the whole day, all my joints in hands and legs pains alot, I feel tired and also feels my body heavy, my urine also seems to be a bit yellow and I urinate every now and then so I immediately went to the nearest pharmacist to check my sugar level as I suspect as a symptom of diabetes, but fortunately my sugar level was 94. 9. looks like im a bit late, but i want to ask, if 70g of carbs is the most you can consume on a daily basis and still be on ketosis, could you still theoretically eat f bread and some potatos everyday and still be in ketosis as long as you don't go over 70g of carbs?

  10. With sjogrens syndrome it's important to quit bread (gluten), sugar and add VitaminA, E, D, Zink, glukosamine. Tranberries is also good for the dryness both here and there…

  11. Hi Dr Berg, I have sarcoidosis for 15 years , specially cutaneous sarcoidosis, but I have flair up so frequently.
