  2. Thank You. This is the best explanation of Gly NAC on YT. At 71, my problem is recovery after heavy resistance training. I do a 4 day split and 4 days rest/recovery for that muscle group isn't enough. It will still be sore. I am trying Gly NAC right now hopefully this helps. Great comprehensive info!
