Dr Bart- which blue blocker glasses do you recommend? I’m in Melbourne. Thank you!
Wish I knew three people.
I made a homebrew grounding setup for my bedroom and made a short video on my channel showing my work. Im prepping for the cold winter here!
Have you heard of or done any vids with Tim Noakes b4 Bart? He seems to be very knowledgeable.
The three main problems with oils is, if they are refined they'll be higher in deuterium and oxidative products, and thirdly they are high in phytosterols which causes stiffness to red blood cells and contribute to hypoxia in tissue at the end of the vascular tree.
I suffered from sciatica for years, since being carnivore I haven't had an incident, maybe I've been lucky, but as an anecdote it seems interesting…
I use extra taurine at night 4g 6-7pm and use blue blocking light to lower cortisol at night.
I take 2g of taurine at 11am.
exercise is sufficient hormesis, excess stress on the body isn't a good idea.
Iron is fine for earthing, but the best is pure copper, because it has the lowest impedance, an as an ex cablelist, I know my cables.
Pork doesn’t seem to signal that I’m full. My taste buds are useless with almost every meat.
Professor, would you be kind enough to direct me towards research, that debunks the 'anaerobic exercise' dogma?
I would like to study it more in-depth, so that I understand it fully, and can defend my point if necessary.
Thank you! 😊
All my life heard how painful bone fractures were : fell hit Greater Trochanter broke femur stem. Couldn’t walk but no pain. They did a titanium hip joint anterior replacement only positional pain . Carnivore 6 years.
Another fine fine video! Thanks!
27:42 "You don't have to worry about finding time for walking around in nature". Oh God I'm expecting someone's new video soon: "Bart is telling people to stay away from nature!!!"
Thomas DeLauer did an interview with Dr. Amen. There were several things that Thomas said, of course that were absolutely wrong cause if only there was somebody who could look at that video and print them out.
So, after a day at work, 9,5 hours, no break, no food, only a very small coffe. Bart Kay and buttered eggs, (scrambled egg with a loooooot of butter. My day just got calm and nice.
What does Prof. Bart Kay say about ruminant meat causing higher levels of Phytanic acid buildups? Could this cause everything from skin issues to arrhythmias?
Hi Bart, loving your channel. I'm hoping you take down Thomas Delauer on his clip: 12 years trial and error. So much nonsense being spoken.
Professor Bart Kay, Did you see Dave Feldman’s recent video from low carb conferences? It is titled, “Dave Feldman presentation: ApoB, Cholesterol and Lean Mass Hyper Responder Research Update” from Low Carb Denver 2023
for someone that is slowly transitioning from a normal mediterranean diet into a carnivore diet is it best to eat the same things in increasingly lower amounts or can I eat healthier sources of carbs even if they are not what i'm used to eating and slowly work myself into full carnivore that way. If so which are the healthiest sources of carbs?
