  1. The three main problems with oils is, if they are refined they'll be higher in deuterium and oxidative products, and thirdly they are high in phytosterols which causes stiffness to red blood cells and contribute to hypoxia in tissue at the end of the vascular tree.

  3. All my life heard how painful bone fractures were : fell hit Greater Trochanter broke femur stem. Couldn’t walk but no pain. They did a titanium hip joint anterior replacement only positional pain . Carnivore 6 years.

  5. So, after a day at work, 9,5 hours, no break, no food, only a very small coffe. Bart Kay and buttered eggs, (scrambled egg with a loooooot of butter. My day just got calm and nice.

  7. for someone that is slowly transitioning from a normal mediterranean diet into a carnivore diet is it best to eat the same things in increasingly lower amounts or can I eat healthier sources of carbs even if they are not what i'm used to eating and slowly work myself into full carnivore that way. If so which are the healthiest sources of carbs?
