The Supplements (and Meds) This Anti-Aging Scientist Takes to Stay Young

Dr. David Sinclair, a longevity and antiaging research scientist at Harvard University, often talks about the supplements he takes to stay young during his frequent interviews and in social media posts. Here is a list of what he takes as of September 2023. Among his supplements are two prescription drugs, metformin and a statin. Over the years his list has changed. And now that he’s a vegan, he no longer takes omega-3 fatty acids sourced from fish. He considers himself a work in progress and tests everything out on himself before he suggests it to others.

  1. There is many conflicting reports about resveratrol almost all of them say it has no effect at all.NMN is of the market . Also better to take NR seems it increases Nad more then NMN so does Niacin which is cheap but the highest levels of Nad you get from exercise and then not only in your blod like with NMN but in your cells .
