I have a question about the timing of the production of HGH. You said between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. is when it is mostly produced. Does anything change that time period In different individuals? I know hormones are stimulated by different things, so wondering if anything would change the time period for maximum HGH that maybe I should not be doing?
I love this style of video. Love all the information!
If I skip lunch and just eat breakfast and supper, will I easily look weight? Will my breast size decrease if I lose weight?
I have high protein diet, fast 6 pm to 10 am , work out one hr everyday, sleep 8 -10 hrs at night , have lots of outdoor time etc. why am I constantly gaining fat?
I have been doing all of these things for over a year and gained 1 pound. About two years ago I had a really bad case of Covid where I was in bed for one month. After that, I gained 20 pounds, mostly because I was fatigued all of the time. I know I lost a lot of muscle mass. Have you noticed that people have had a change in their metabolism after having Covid? I feel like that is when things changed for me drastically.
Lots of good information thank you
