How to Burn Belly Fat Quickly!

1. Protein – at least 30-50 grams in each meal

2. Intermittent Fasting: Fasting for at least 16-18 hours daily and doing a 20-24 hour fast once a week or more.

3. Strength Training – 3-5 times a week and get regular movement and some cardio in a few times a week.

4. Stop Eating Bad Fats and Focus on Healthy Fats

5. Prioritize Good Sleep

6. Get Regular Sun Exposure

7. Get Heat and Cold Exposure on a Regular Basis

  1. I have a question about the timing of the production of HGH. You said between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. is when it is mostly produced. Does anything change that time period In different individuals? I know hormones are stimulated by different things, so wondering if anything would change the time period for maximum HGH that maybe I should not be doing?

  2. I have been doing all of these things for over a year and gained 1 pound. About two years ago I had a really bad case of Covid where I was in bed for one month. After that, I gained 20 pounds, mostly because I was fatigued all of the time. I know I lost a lot of muscle mass. Have you noticed that people have had a change in their metabolism after having Covid? I feel like that is when things changed for me drastically.
