  1. Looking forward to this one. Im still struggling with sleep dispite blue blocking especially at night and doing the circadian stuff. Butter seems to be the only thing that helps at night when it helps

  2. After years of being unable to sleep through the night even though I wore blue light blocking glasses in the evening, i found decalcifying my pineal and detoxing my body worked. All makes sense when you get the fluoride, glyphosate & heavy metals out safely and efficiently. Thank you for this information as it has clarified a lot of things for me. 🙏

  3. Loving this podcast what a great episode! I do have a question though! Does all lengths of infrared create subcellular melatonin ? I use a traditional sauna wondering if that type of infrared heat creates the sub cellular melatonin
