Let’s talk about a potential cause of autism and some things to do if you or a loved one has autism.

Autism involves inflammation in the brain and a lot of free radical damage without enough antioxidant protection.

Autism spectrum disorder has also been associated with mitochondrial dysfunction, high homocysteine, and amino acid abnormalities.

Common deficiencies in those with autism spectrum disorder:
• Antioxidants (especially glutathione)
• Vitamin A
• Vitamin E
• Vitamin D
• Zinc
• Selenium
• Magnesium
• Omega-3 fatty acids

Based on this data, here are a few tips for those with autism:
1. Get on the carnivore diet (include eggs, seafood, shellfish, organ meats, and microgreens or sprouts)

2. Increase glutathione by consuming NAC and selenium

3. Take cod liver oil to get omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, and vitamin D

4. Consume vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and folate (methylfolate)

5. Take CoQ10 and Methylene Blue

  1. Now with this you're overstepping mr Berg. I've bee doing keto and getting all of my minerals and vitamins and macro's. You might be able to lessen some symptoms a bit but I've been diagnosed when I was 18 and that isn't going to go away regardless of diet. People with autism aren't limited by their autism, they're limited by their external environment. I don't have any defficiencies, I hit an iq of 130 on a good day and have an engineering degree.

    It doesn't mean if someone cannot properly deal with the traditional (loud) settings that there's something wrong with them. You cannot ''fix'' what isn't broken. Society at large is getting faster, and louder with distractions everywhere and humanity hasn't evolved in an environment like this. Maybe instead of trying to ''fix'' autism, it's a better idea to deal with those grander societal issues instead.

  2. I have two kids with Autism spectrum. And even when the drs said is not related, those two pregnancies were so difficult( emotionally) I was stress and depress bcs they were in a moment when we broke the relation. The same I have a nephew, with Autism, and I remember at that moment my brother and her were having marriage problems. I think mom’s mental situation or stress affects too much. Thank you dr!

  3. I have a grandson who has bipolar, autism, odd, and highly adha, what would you recommend for whinning him of the medications if any and getting him on something that is more natural and organic if possible. thank you and God Bless Dr. Berg.

  4. Hi. Are there any specific case examples that can be presented to support this? What’s the rate and degree of improvement. I’m all for improving someone’s diet. Would like to see examples.

  5. I’m hesitant to watch this. I’m autistic/adhd. So are my kids and several others in my family going back generations. I like being autistic. I don’t believe you can eliminate a neurotype. I like that I don’t have a hidden agenda. I like how I communicate with other neurodivergent people.
    However, I WILL watch this.
    Will it help panic disorder? Will it help ptsd? Will it help executive functioning? Trying really hard not to just dismiss this as yet another attempt to make autists mask even more to make neurotypicals ‘feel comfortable’ in my presence.

  6. How do we even find out if we or someone has all these deficiencies? When you go to a doctor and get a physical it's the typical, LDL, HDL etc.. ive never had a blood test show your mitochondrial performance, or deficiencies in many of the nutrients mentioned.

    And if all of this is the reason for many illnesses why don't we just see nutritionists for annual physicals and see doctors if the ailment has taken form. Because all these doctors know today is to prescribe prescribe prescribe might aswell just give me big pharma's number, and get rid of doctors.

  7. I do think that your videos might offend people. Maybe try softening up the titles to get back on the tube. No one wants to hear that what they are dealing with can be cured by nutrition.

    Believe me, telling someone it’s their fault (partially) outweighs the great news that it can get better.

  8. Could the lack of appetite/picky eater syndrome in autistic kids actually be their brain and body trying desperately to enter a fasting state for repair? I know as parents, we just want our kids to eat. We are constantly trying to feed them even when they don’t really need food. I have witnessed parents of kids with and without autism panic because their kid skipped a meal, refused healthy food so they start offering bad foods in panic mode. This is what causes the kid to develop that pickiness, though. Anyone will eat an addictive food when they’re not hungry. But it’s these addictive foods that destroy our pallet for healthy foods. Then the kids just hold out for the bad foods because they have been introduced. If we just let the kid be hungry enough, they will eventually eat the nutritious foods offered. No kid knows what goldfish and chicken nuggets are unless the adult introduces them at some point.

  10. My partner healed their autism using medical medium information. It was almost all diet, in addition to ptsd. Went on a whole food plant based diet, eliminated foods (dairy, meat, eggs, gmo corn & soy, among other things). We also starting juicing celery, having heavy metal detox smoothies, obviously more fruits, veggies & leafy greens. I will never go back to how I used to eat.

    ADHD is gone. Asthma is gone. Anxiety gone. Sleep issues gone. Lost 40 lbs (never worked out differently).

    For anyone who has felt liked the tried everything and nothing is working, get the MM books. I wish I would’ve known about them years ago.

  11. Can anyone help me understand something he mentioned. He mentions METHYLcobalimum, METHYL folate and METHYLine blue. So as I have highlighted in bold, I am wondering if these are connected in any way to the body’s methylation process (MTHFR)? And if so, does this help those with mthfr problem or continue to make things unabsorbale/useable? (I hope this made sense)
