    I have a question.. I have a sunlighten sauna and have been wondering if, with the red light on, is this the same as "red light therapy?" All of my favorite teachers talk red light and sauna but I have not heard this addressed.

  2. I was really proud of myself for becoming ‘fat adapted’ , as they call it and only feeling like I needed a snack and one meal a day , BUT had no idea the body goes for the muscle First , NOT , the glucose stores . Def don’t want to comprise the muscle I work hard for 😬

  3. Half our body weight in water seems excessive. If I am calculating it correctly, I would need 55 pounds of water a day! That's 7 gallons. If there are 16 cups per gallon, then 112 cups of water a day. That can't be right. That's way over the typical recommendation. Mayo clinic recommends 11.5 cups a day for women. Mayo also says half our body weight comes from fluid, so many that's where you got the 50% from.
