  1. I'm struggling with performing zone 2 cardio 3 times a week for 45 minutes. That's not all I do but I notice my recovery is greatly impacted (higher resting heart rate) and that adds another physical block when weight training and while engaging in other sports activities.

    I think I need to cut back to 30 minute sessions and see how it goes.
