  1. I was sitting in what I thought was a very nice restaurant whose name insinuated a farm to table philosophy. I looked over to see a delivery coming in the door of food. The man was carrying literally gallons of generic canola oil to the kitchen. I was shocked, but I'm sure it's the norm, sadly.

  2. Baby formula's with high fructose corn syrup. Yes, I have read that we are now seeing 6 month old obese babies. Fatty liver disease as young as 12 years old. Many of the cheaper brands of avocado oils are now mixed with seed oils. Watch what you buy. You are top notch Cynthia! Keep up the good work!

  3. Great video Cynthia- thank you for all the time you take to educate us on health and wellness.

I did want to inquire to you about the Liquid Stevia I do consume from Trader Joe’s…have you ever seen it when shopping there, and what are your thoughts on it?

Thank you in advance for your insight.
