?4 TBL spoons of frozen wild small organic frozen blueberries-Trader Joe’s brand ( l love it frozen but you can consume when it gets room temperature)
?2 tea spoons of unsweetened non alkalized cacao powder- my favorite is nativas brand ( sold at wholefoods shop rite or amazon )
?1-2 teaspoons of non gmo allulose
