ADHD Food and Nutrition

Remember to speak with your doctor, psychiatrist, and or healthcare professional before trying supplements to ensure your safety. Take/try supplements at YOUR OWN RISK. Neither I nor the manufacturers of these supplements take responsibility for possible health consequences of any person or persons reading or following the information in this educational content. Everyone’s neurochemistry is different, and what works for someone else might not work for you and vice versa. Creating a nootropic stack (list of supplements) involves quite a bit of trial and error, and it is advised to start at the lowest dosage of a supplement and work your way up if necessary. *****

Hi there,
In this video I discuss the role and importance of food and nutrition for those of us with ADHD, along with providing info on what foods to avoid and what you might want to start eating. I also discuss physiological issues that can occur when our diet is unhealthy. These range from inflammation, leaky gut, heavy metal toxins, issues with the cmt gene, etc.
