  1. This is such an interesting topic and makes sense that as mammals we should be able to withstand the natural sunlight exposure without getting sick from it. Although I don't think it would be safe to do this in Australia near the ozone layer hole.

His book is call “Cure your fatigue”, also has a lot of YouTube interviews the one that Dr. Marcola interviewed him will be a good place to start. Good luck on your journey to healing!!

  4. Yeah everything we’re taught is wrong pretty much, if “they” say to do something you should normally do the opposite. The gov definitely doesn’t have our best interest. They silence anyone or confuse people when the truth is exposed.

  5. Skin cancer is REAL be smart don't stay in sun for long and if you do not want wrinkles.I do agree that sunscreens can't be that good for your body since there are many chemicals.

  6. Great! What about light boxes? If you are not able to get in front of the sunrise, would a light box be the next best thing? Also, I imagine making sure you exfoliate your skin regularly would be beneficial to getting the most light in your skin when it is devoid of dead skin cells?

  7. Excellent episode! Dr. Allison has a great way of breaking down Dr. Kruse' research and explaining it in laymens terms. This information is so powerful and life-changing and can save lives and improve others. I have been on this journey for several years and my wife recently jumped on board as well. She has dealt with chronich illnes for much of her life, including headaches & migraines, chronic fatigue, pain and more. She started her circadian/quantum journey in October of last year, she went down at the 13th latitude N and has been following Dr. Kruse' protocols. Since then her HS CRP (inflamation marker) decreased by 20% and her Insulin went from 44 to 22. She said she hasn't felt this good in a long time.

  8. Maybe a bit of a weird question but ive been struggeling getting up early for the sunrise because im soo tired (Stress and health problems), any tips on how to overcome this? just push through or give my body the rest its screaming for?
