53. Leigh syndrome; mitochondrial. DD acute necrotising encephalitis (ANE), Japanese encephalitis

At 5 minutes I show 2 different patients with Leigh syndrome and their MRIs saying “it is reversible”.
This should be more accurate: “It can be reversible”.
