Cardiovascular Markers and Neurological Health with Dr. Chris Turnpaugh

This episode of the RWS Clinician’s Corner is with our medical director, Dr. Chris Turnpaugh, who led us through a deep dive into how cardiovascular markers can give us greater insight into our client’s neurological health. In this presentation, he built on what he taught last time about cardiovascular markers, and connect these pieces to neurological health. If you missed his most recent episode on the RWS Clinician’s Corner, you can watch the replay here (and we highly recommend you do so – it was great!)

In this episode you’ll learn:
-What your client’s cardiovascular markers can tell you about their risk for neurological issues
-The protective role of Apo A-1 in the brain
-What our client’s fasting triglycerides can tell us about mitochondrial function and how this affects the energy in the brain
-Simple strategies to address these issues, improve mitochondrial function and thus improve brain energy and performance
